   If you are happy to wait patiently for your Halcyon Watch, we recommend Standard Shipping. Depending on your country, delivery typically takes between 14 to 30 days, with a maximum of 30 days.
   Note: Based on our experience, there is a 20% chance of import duties being applied for orders shipped to Europe and the United States.

2. Tax-Free Priority Shipping
   To avoid potential import duties, we recommend choosing Tax-Free Priority Shipping. Under this option, we will cover all taxes and duties on your behalf for a worry-free experience.

3. Express VIP Delivery (14-Day Guarantee) with Tax-Free Service
   For the fastest delivery, we offer Express VIP Delivery with a guaranteed 14-day delivery time and full tax coverage.
   Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Tracking details will be provided once your shipment clears customs.

Shipping Assurance & Compensation

In rare cases of customs delays or unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to deliver within the promised timeframe of your selected shipping method, we will:

• Extend your warranty by one additional year automatically

• Provide a compensation plan after your order is delivered

If our compensation cannot meet your satisfaction, we will offer a full refund and cover all associated costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of international logistics, cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped. However, you may return the product to our designated local warehouse after receipt, and we will issue a full refund.
