Priority Shipping: approximately 1–2 weeks in most cases after dispatch
At Halcyon, we aim to keep shipping clear, predictable, and worry-free.
From checkout to your wrist, we take responsibility for the cross-border journey — including duties, tracking, transit issues, and the unexpected in between. International shipping should not feel like a burden you have to carry alone.
For all destinations we currently ship to, import duties and taxes are covered by us, so you should not receive an additional customs bill upon delivery.
Shipping costs, if any, and available delivery options are always shown clearly at checkout before payment. Our intention is simple: the amount you pay to us should be as close as possible to your true to-your-door cost, without surprise charges later.
If something unexpected happens in transit — whether it is a delay, a customs issue, or a lost parcel — we will take responsibility and support you through resolution.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Free to most major destinations
For most major destinations, we offer complimentary standard shipping.

Duties and taxes: Covered for all destinations we currently ship to
Tracking: Provided for all parcels
Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3–7 weeks from dispatch
This route is designed to keep more value on your wrist. Rather than passing on high courier markups, we prefer to invest more of the total cost into the watch itself, careful packing, and long-term service.
For destinations outside our main regions, a modest shipping fee may apply. Where applicable, it will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
After your order is placed, our team will stay in touch throughout the process. If your watch has not arrived within 8 weeks — counted from 3 business days after your order is placed — we will issue an additional 3% refund as an apology.
Priority Shipping

If you prefer faster delivery, a Priority Shipping option may be available at checkout.

Priority Shipping uses faster or more direct routes where available. That said, international inspections, customs clearance, and local carrier processes can sometimes add delays that remain outside our direct control.
If a Priority Shipping order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of dispatch, we will refund the full Priority Shipping fee.
Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges
For all of our shipping methods, import duties and taxes are covered by us for the destinations we currently serve.
In rare cases, local authorities or carriers may still issue a charge outside our direct control — for example, a local handling fee or a customs-related surcharge. If this happens, please keep the official receipt or documentation and contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the situation with you and arrange reimbursement or another fair and transparent solution where appropriate.
Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled while in transit, as the shipping documents and customs declarations are already fixed at that stage.
However, you can still decide calmly at home.
After you receive the watch, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Cancellation Policy. If you choose to return it within this period, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a prepaid return method where applicable.
In short: an order cannot be stopped once it is already in transit, but you may still return the watch after it arrives — and the return shipping is on us.

If something goes wrong in transit — whether it is a delay, a customs issue, or a lost parcel — we will take responsibility and support you through resolution.
Our goal is simple: if something goes wrong in transit, you should not be the one paying the price.
