If for any reason it doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the protective film on the watch remains intact and the piece is in unworn condition.

Our customer service team will guide you through a straightforward return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we’ll issue your refund promptly.

• For destinations where outbound shipping is free, return shipping is also free.

• For destinations where a paid shipping option was chosen, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping cost from your location; we’ll help you choose a simple, standard method.

PS： To keep our free-return program fair and sustainable, we provide a complimentary return shipping label for up to one (1) watch per shipping address per order. If multiple watches are returned from the same order and address, additional return shipments will be at the customer’s expense.
