Return & Cancellation Policy (Final · Per Address Version)
At Halcyon Watch, we aim to keep everything clear, straightforward, and as hassle-free as possible.
1) 30-day returns (simple and calm)
We’d like you to get to know your Halcyon in your own light and daily rhythm.
If for any reason it doesn’t feel quite right, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

the watch shows no visible signs of wear (see “Trying the watch at home” below);
-
the protective film on the watch remains intact (where applicable);
-
the watch and strap are in original, near-new condition;
-
all original packaging and accessories are included.
We keep the process simple — no complicated forms and no restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.
2) No restocking fees, no need to justify
As long as the return conditions above are met, you may return for any personal reason
(for example: the size doesn’t feel right, or it simply doesn’t match your expectations).
We do not charge handling or restocking fees.
We only verify that the watch and packaging remain in acceptable condition.
3) Trying the watch at home (allowed, no visible wear)
You are welcome to try the watch on at home to see how it feels on your wrist, as long as there are no visible signs of wear, including:
-
deep creases, heavy wear, or obvious stretching on the strap;
-
scratches, scuffs, dents, or impact marks on the case, caseback, buckle, or clasp;
-
removed or missing protective film (where applicable).
A brief indoor try-on is expected.
Any return may be refused if the watch shows wear beyond what can reasonably result from careful, short-term trying at home.
4) Return shipping cost (March orders: free return shipping per address)
Special note — orders placed in March
For orders placed in March, we offer complimentary return shipping for one (1) watch per shipping address, provided the return meets all conditions on this page.
This policy is designed to let customers decide calmly at home, while preventing bulk “buy-and-return” behaviour.
If multiple watches are returned from the same shipping address, additional return shipments will be at the customer’s expense.
Orders placed outside March
For orders placed outside March:
-
For personal-reason returns, we can provide a prepaid return label (or guide you to a simple tracked method).
The customer contribution toward return shipping is capped at USD $30, depending on location. -
For quality issues or order mistakes (see Section 5), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Fair-use rule (per shipping address)
Regardless of timing, free or subsidised return shipping is limited to one (1) watch per shipping address.
We reserve the right to limit or decline return-shipping support in cases of suspected misuse, including repeated returns from the same address.
5) If there is a defect or we shipped the wrong item
If your watch arrives with a clear defect, or if the model does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video.
In such cases:
-
we will cover all return shipping costs; and
-
you may choose between:
-
a full refund, or
-
a replacement watch of the correct model (subject to availability).

6) Order cancellation
Due to the nature of international logistics, cancellations are not possible once an order has been shipped.
If you no longer wish to keep the order after dispatch, you may return the product after delivery.
Once the watch has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund in line with this policy.
7) Refund timing and method
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we normally initiate the refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (such as credit card or PayPal).
Posting time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
8) How to start a return

Contact our customer support team and share your order number.

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Pack the watch securely and ship it back with tracking.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
