Most destinations will see two options at checkout.
Available services and exact timeframes may vary slightly by country, but both options include shipping and duties fully covered.

1. Free Shipping — worry-free and included

• Price: Free for most regions

• Includes:

  • Tracked international shipping

  • Duties and taxes covered for your destination

• Estimated timeframe: around 3–7 weeks (approximately 20–49 days), depending on destination and local customs

• Best for: Those who prefer the best overall value and don’t mind a little extra waiting time.

We chose this route so that more of your budget goes into the watch and long-term service, rather than into shipping charges.

2. Priority Shipping — when timing matters a bit more

• Price: A paid upgrade, shown clearly at checkout

• Includes:

  • Faster or more direct routes where available

  • Tracked delivery

  • Duties and taxes covered for your destination

• Estimated timeframe: typically faster than Free Shipping; exact estimates are shown at checkout based on your address

• Best for: When you’d like your watch sooner, or simply prefer a more premium route.

Changes, cancellations & returns

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled while in transit.
This is because shipping documents and customs declarations are already fixed at that stage.

However, we still want your experience to stay completely worry-free:

• After you receive the watch, you can decide calmly at home.

• If you choose to return it within 30 days, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a prepaid label or return method for you.

In short: orders can’t be stopped midway, but you can always send the watch back after it arrives — and the shipping is on us.
