Worry-Free International Delivery
All shipping options include duties and taxes covered and full tracking. Shipping costs (if any) and delivery options are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. If anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll support you and work it through.
2 + 1-Year Warranty
Each Halcyon watch includes a two-year warranty, with an additional one-year extension for registered owners (3 years in total).
In case of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will arrange repair or replacement in line with our Warranty Policy.
30-Day Easy Return
You may return your watch within 30 days of receipt if it doesn’t feel right on your wrist, provided it remains in near-new condition with original packaging.

You can request a one-on-one video session with our team to see the watches live and discuss any questions about your piece.
90-Day Price Protection
If the price of the same model is reduced within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference in accordance with our Price Protection Policy.
