If it doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to request a return as long as the protective film remains intact and the watch is in unworn condition.
For free-shipping destinations, return shipping is also free. For destinations where a paid shipping option was chosen, you’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost from your location, and we’ll help you choose a simple standard method.

3. 90-Day Price Protection Policy
If the price of your watch is reduced within 90 days of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference.
One adjustment per order, keeping the experience fair and transparent.

4. Two-Year Warranty
Every watch comes with 2 years of coverage, including a no-questions-asked replacement in the first year for eligible manufacturing issues.
Register as a member to receive an extra 1 year of extended care (3 years in total).
