2 + 1 years of coverage

Every watch comes with 2 years of warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you join our mailing list / subscribe to updates, you receive an extra 1 year, for a total of 3 years of coverage.

What’s covered

We cover movement and manufacturing defects under normal use — issues that come from how the watch was made, not from misuse or accidents.
If something doesn’t function as it should under everyday wear, we’ll make it right.

Depending on the case, our solution may include repair, replacement, or other servicing support, and we will guide you through the best option as clearly and simply as possible.

What’s not considered a defect

Normal signs of use — such as strap wear, light scratches, ageing of leather, or natural changes to surface finishes — are not treated as manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by strong impacts, drops, misuse, or moisture beyond the rated water resistance is also not considered a manufacturing defect, even if it affects the movement.

That said, we’re always happy to advise on repair and service options, including strap replacement, if you need help.
