If your watch takes longer than 8 weeks to arrive — counted from 3 business days after your order is placed — we will issue an additional 3% refund as an apology.
Priority Shipping is available as a paid upgrade where faster or more direct routes are possible. In most cases, it arrives within around 1–2 weeks after dispatch. That said, international inspections and customs clearance can sometimes add delays that are outside our control. If a Priority Shipping order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of dispatch, we will refund the full Priority Shipping fee.

To be eligible for return, the watch should be in lightly tried-on condition, with all original packaging and accessories included and in good shape.
We cover both the original shipping and the return shipping.
Once the watch arrives back and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
Halcyon prices tend to move upward over time as batches remain small and costs continue to rise. But we never want you to feel you bought at the wrong time. If the public price of the same watch model is reduced within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
