Free / Standard Shipping typically takes around 3–8 weeks, depending on destination and customs. We choose this route deliberately, so that more of what you pay goes into the watch itself and the long-term service behind it, rather than into expensive courier markups. After your order is placed, our team will stay in touch throughout the process. If your watch takes longer than 8 weeks to arrive — counted from 3 business days after your order is placed — we will issue an additional 3% refund as an apology.
Priority Shipping is available as a paid upgrade where faster or more direct routes are possible. In most cases, it arrives within around 1–2 weeks after dispatch. That said, international inspections and customs clearance can sometimes add delays that are outside our control. If a Priority Shipping order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of dispatch, we will refund the full Priority Shipping fee.

We’d rather you decide at home, on your own wrist, than from a screen.
From the day your watch is delivered, you have 30 days to decide whether it feels right for you in daily wear — not just at first glance. That keeps the decision low-risk, and the cost of getting it wrong low as well.
To be eligible for return, the watch should be in lightly tried-on condition, with all original packaging and accessories included and in good shape.
We cover both the original shipping and the return shipping.
Once the watch arrives back and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
90-Day Price Protection
Halcyon prices tend to move upward over time as batches remain small and costs continue to rise. But we never want you to feel you bought at the wrong time. If the public price of the same watch model is reduced within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.

Why True Porcelain Remains Rare
Porcelain dials remain rare—and often expensive—for a simple reason:
True porcelain begins as clay and is shaped through exceptional firing skill and a demanding process.
A watch dial must be flatter than 0.02 mm (20 microns), yet once fired, porcelain cannot be corrected. What follows is an unforgiving selection process, where only the right pieces remain.
That is what makes true porcelain so precious.

40mm Calm presence on the wrist
Journey Calendar uses the classic 40 mm size many collectors love, but its minimal design, generous porcelain white space and slim bezel make it easier to wear than a typical 40 mm — visually lighter, cleaner and less bulky than the number suggests.
A 40 mm watch is often recommended for wrists around 16.5–18 cm; all of our wrist shots, however, are on a wrist of about 16.2 cm, slightly below that range, where it already looks composed and well-balanced.
